About Your Facilitator

KAYLA WOO

I have always danced as a child and became a professional dancer. After sustaining an injury, I was unable to dance. I no longer felt safe in my body and couldn't dance in a way that felt good in my body.

I wanted to find a movement flow that supported my body yet allowed me the freedom to express myself however I wanted. Then WILD WOMAN DANCE was born.

I love expressing myself however feels good in my body and dancing to my own rhythm rather than having to follow steps!
Its freeing and liberating to dance to soulful music and support women to do the same.

I love how each of the elements holds their own magic for us to embody. The Earth that supports and grounds us, the Water that helps us access and release our emotions, the Air that helps us speak our truth and connects us to our heart, the Fire that ignites our true passions and desires and the Spirit of all things, that connects us with nature and each other so we can embrace our wild authentic selves.

I look forward to sharing the dance floor with you soon!

I arrived a bit frazzled and exhausted, and left completely relaxed, rejuvenated and deeply Nourished.
What a freeing experience!! Kayla holds the space so beautifully and gives so much permission to just come as we are... No pressure to be or do anything outside of what feels good to us. I loved it and I highly recommend this to any woman looking to invite more freedom, expression and connection into her life.
Thank you Kayla"

I have absolutely LOVED it!
I often felt that my energy was at a low ebb before showing up and Kayla is so welcoming and holds the space in such a way that it feels totally fine to just show up as you are.
After weeks of feeling quite disconnected I really felt my energy lift as Kayla gently invited us to connect with our wild feminine nature through the dance. I felt free, connected, held and grateful and would totally recommend this soul nourishing experience to other women."

"I have attended Kayla's dance sessions and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them. She has an amazing playlist and her gentle guidance encourages me to explore different ways of moving and dancing. At the beginning of each session we check in with each other and also at the end of the session. This helps me, not only in terms of connecting with my own feelings but also with other people too.

I would recommend this to anyone who likes to dance and move. I came away feeling nourished, refreshed and energised".
